Program Audits provide a proactive approach to ensuring your business is compliant with OSHA regulations and safety standards. Our expert consultants will conduct a thorough evaluation of your workplace, simulating an actual OSHA inspection.

By identifying potential safety hazards, compliance gaps, and areas of improvement, we empower your business to take corrective action before facing an official OSHA audit.

Program Audit

A Site Assessment prepares your company for an OSHA Audit and more. Our meticulous assessment delves into every facet of your operation, from machinery and equipment to hazards and PPE.

We identify the standard alignment required for your operation, audit your existing safety program, and evaluate your current adherence with those standards and program requirements. After the evaluation, we’ll provide you with a road map to address any shortcomings and further develop your safety programs to meet or exceed OSHA requirements.

Site Assessment

We begin with the outcome of a site assessment or Mock Inspection and analyze potential risks and hazards, evaluate existing safety protocols, and identify areas for improvement.

Using this information, we craft written safety programs that align with industry best practices and comply with relevant OSHA regulations. Our programs cover critical safety topics such as hazard communication, personal protective equipment, emergency response, and more.

Written Plan

There are over 100 OSHA standards which require workplace safety training. Worksite specific training is important for compliance with OSHA and helps to maintain a safe workplace.

Proxima will help your company identify and provide required training.

We also offer the OSHA 10 & 30 courses.
